Implemented systems and procedures to streamline work flow and gain efficiencies. Improved lead times for complete transmissions from 12 weeks to 6 weeks by ensuring the machine shop was on schedule and planning each build. Hired and trained quality employees to assist the company with future growth.

Successfully managed large prototype sheet metal stamping and assembly facility, direct reports included plant managers, program managers, purchasing, estimating, and administrative coordinator. I worked closely with all departments to ensure the operation ran smoothly and they were equipped to manage the growing challenges. Responsibilities include business development, account manager support, strategic planning, continuous improvements, customer service, CAPA, and P&L. In five years we grew 60% due to hiring and training Quality employees, implementing robust procedures and increased sales due to on time delivery and a Quality product.

Managed every aspect of a mid sized medical device company including: manufacturing, assist in product design and development, prototyping, Quality control, cleaning and packaging, sterilization, shipping and receiving, buffing, customer service, inventory management internal and external consignment. Prepared budgets, timelines, cost estimations, and forecasts. Operated under ISO 13485 and successfully participated in all FDA and ISO audits. Implemented strong corrective and preventative action program, gage tracking and facility management programs.
