Depot Manager Duties:• Ordering of Stocko Raising Purchase Orderso Raising Invoices• Auditing of Stock and Asset Management• Maximising Running Efficiency of Depot against KPIs and P&L • HR Generalist dutieso Salaries / Holidays / Sick Leaveo Disciplinary / Grievanceso Contractso Recruitment / Terminationo Recording and Managing WTD Compliance, including Working Time Regulations for Transport Userso Training and Developmento Relief staff managemento Issuing, Recording and debriefing Driver InfringementsTransport Manager Duties:• Maintaining Ordering of Stock• Manage maintenance of all vehicles in line with Company and Transport legislation• Maintain and present accurate vehicle records, monitoring fuel/mileage and defects• Monitor Drivers hours in line with WTD including downloading of digital tachograph cards• Conduct checks of all driver qualifications and documentation (including Driver CPC registration)• Manage routes moving calls where necessary and ensuring rounds are allocated to vehicles based upon vehicle capacity and efficiency• Debrief drivers and staff in all aspects and ensure changes made on company systems
