• Creating video campaigns for internal staff and photography for Auckland region events.• Develop, maintain and maximise stakeholder relationships and external networks, seeking opportunities to progress the Ministry’s aims through partnering and solution brokerage.• Coordinate and facilitate community consultation programs within the region.• Plan, manage and advise on specific regionally based promotions /campaigns, including formulating campaign goals, strategies and programs.• Manage and maintain responsibility for regional media issues and risks, ensuring issues are managed consistently within a national framework.• Prepares advice and responses to Ministerial requests, correspondence, OIAs, Ombudsmen and Privacy Act requests.
