I lead the team responsible for the global strategy, launch and ongoing operation of all marketing automation, demand generation and interactive marketing for Siemens Healthcare including: email marketing, marketing automation, content marketing, SMS, webinars and mobile apps.

In this position I was responsible for creating and leading a global demand generation team tasked with using new marketing automation tools to increase inbound sales leads and accelerate existing leads through the sales funnel.Selected Accomplishments: Led international team of online marketing professionals Launched products simultaneously worldwide in 20 languages using a combination of marketing automation tools, live events and global PR. Developed software trial centers generating over 1500 new marketable contacts per month. Developed and launched global communications preference centers in 20 languages for worldwide subscription and communications preference management. Developed demand generation center of excellence for Siemens AG. Integrated and managed a marketing automation system with Omniture, Tridion (global web content management system) and Salesforce.com CRM. Influenced 50 million dollars worth of global pipeline per fiscal year. Trained global team on demand generation tools and launch procedures. Successfully integrated online content management system, SFDC and Eloqua Marketing Automation platform.

Managed the UGS/Siemens global technology partner marketing program. I developed co-marketing campaigns with our global technology partners allowing them to leverage the marketing footprint of UGS/Siemens PL to accomplish their marketing goals and increase their pipeline. Developed programs for our technology partners to invest directly in our global marketing calendar in order to offset some of the cost of our programs. Selected Accomplishments: Developed global technology partner co-marketing campaign Increased number of global technology partners by 60% in first year of campaign Secured over 1 million dollars per year in co-marketing investments from our technology partners.
