NetIQ (acquired by Micro Focus) is a global enterprise software company that develops enterprise IT identity and access management, security, and data center management solutions. I was hired as a Product Manager responsible for bringing a newly acquired product to market. After successfully launching the product and several follow-up releases, I was tasked with leading the definition and delivery of the company’s first data warehouse and reporting product designed to integrate our company’s multiple product offerings.

BrickRoad Networks was a start-up, Internet services hosting company providing both infrastructure (IaaS) and white-labeled software to Fortune 500 companies. My role as part of the founding group was to build and manage the team responsible for all Account Management and Customer Care Operations.

I joined Attachmate when the company was still relatively small (less than 150 employees) and helped it grow to become the largest privately-held PC software company. My first position was front line Technical Support. Over the next 9 years, I developed my software product lifecycle knowledge by executing on new roles in Technical Support, Sales Engineering, Engineering Program Management, Corporate Marketing, and Professional Services.
