John is an experienced technology finance and operations executive, with significant domestic and international experience at both public and ventured backed companies. He has lead securities offerings, raised venture funding and has been on both sides of multiple M&A transactions. John is presently the CFO of SolidFire who's high performance primary storage systems are designed to address the unique challenges of hosting mission-critical applications in a cloud setting. Prior to joining SolidFire, John was CFO at Datalogix, the leader at connecting digital media and offline purchasing data; CFO at LeftHand Networks, a pioneer in the IP SAN market (sold to HP for $360m); EVP, Finance and Operations and Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Board of Directors for internationally based FrontRange Solutions (sold to a private equity firm for $200m); CFO for daly.commerce, Inc.; CFO for InteliData Technologies Corp.; and CFO for eFunds Corporation (formerly known as Deluxe Data Systems). John began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers after graduation from the University of California at Santa Barbara. He is a CPA. John also has served on the Board of Directors' for two publically traded companies. He was a member of the FrontRange Solutions Board of Directors' from 2001-2005. John was also a member of the Simtek Corporation (NASDAQ: STMK) Board of Directors from 2006 to 2008 where he has chaired the Compensation and Audit Committees.
