Mr. John Hittle joined Deloitte as a Specialist Executive after a 35-year career in the Department of Defense (DoD). He brings with him extensive leadership and technical expertise in resource, program, and acquisition management of mission and business systems in both classified and unclassified domains. He currently leads project management activities in support of the United States Space Force to develop a transformative business model for acquiring Commercial Satellite Communications (COMSATCOM). He also provided subject matter expertise to Space Systems Command to determine the most viable, efficient business operating model for space launch services to include analyzing legislative proposals in support of the vision for a ‘SpacePort of the Future.’ At DISA, John was a key financial leader providing resource strategies for IT solutions on behalf of the Agency, its mission partners, and the White House. He currently advises DISA’s leadership across a range of business and financial management projects with workstreams including Robotic Process Automation, financial and accounting operations, integrated business systems, analytics, program management support, and classified operations..
