Managed 5-7 creatives in an in-house marketing department of this high end pro loudspeaker manufacturer. This position was for three years, prior to that I was art director for 4+ years.

I was one of 3 art directors in this up and coming ad shop that had tremendous growth during my time there.

A long time ago. I came to this shop hoping for some guidance on how to break into the design and ad field. They liked my fine art portfolio and evidently my motivation and personality, and offered me an internship that soon turned into a full-time position in just a couple weeks.
