Have been involved in nearly every aspect of animation production and administration. I know it looks like I've been in one place (OK, two) for a long time, and that may be true, but I've also been around. I've taken three features to Sundance/Slamdance. I've survived the madness that is San Diego Comic-Con about a dozen times. I've been working for the "King of Indie Animation" for two decades, doing whatever needed doing. I've helped qualify 10 or so shorts for the Academy Awards, resulting in one nomination, for the animated short "Guard Dog" in 2004. I've been Associate Producer on three animated features: "I Married a Strange Person" (1998), "Mutant Aliens" (2001) and "Hair High" (2004). And a number of shorts as well - check me out on the IMDB for more details.And I supplied the voice of Jackie Jason, the talk-show host in "I Married a Strange Person". I've done various other voice-work as needed, some of it uncredited - like a German scientist in "The Flying House" and fashion designer Count Ultro in "Tiffany the Whale: Death on the Runway".

Started as a college intern and a P.A. and ended as an office manager and production manager. Drove a lot of vans, picking up props and equipment for music video shoots. On shoot days I painted the studio background wall ultimatte green in the morning, and painted it back to white at the end of the day. Ran the craft services table and saw to the needs of the talent when needed. In the office I typed up scripts, photocopied a ton of faxes (because that's what you did back then) and learned the basics of spreadsheets and payroll reports. Production assistant on music videos for Rick James, Apollonia, Leon Redbone, Jeff Healey Band, a documentary project on The Residents starring Penn & Teller, and various CTW projects starring En Vogue and Sesame Street characters.
