 Led the integration of 2 TO’s, 3 LBA’s, and 4 municipal utilities into MISO by building trusted customer relationships and community presentations on the benefits of membership. Resulted in adding 30,000 MW of load and increasing MISO's footprint by one third Presented role, impact, benefits and strategy of MISO to existing members and strengthened MISO’s brand identity. Members subsequently reached out to potential Southern Region Companies.  Championed integration of 2 Northern Region Companies into MISO's footprint by building trusted relationships, diplomatic presentations and delivering flawless customer service. This effort increased the size of MISO's load by 1971 MW. Dairyland Power Cooperative - 1000 MW Missouri River Energy Services - 971 MW As Project Manager for the Great River Energy HVDC line initiative, improved scheduling and settlements on a project that had been idle for seven years. Manage 10 market customer accounts and 5 Reliability Coordination accounts in MISO's Northern Territory Promote team work and process improvements for the Customer Management Team and Subject Matter experts toward business goals. Conduct outreach initiatives to resolve customer issues, and build customer trust with world class customer service and increased customer satisfaction. Always out front delivering MISO's brand name to customers and potential customers through presentations, meetings, conference calls, and customer events.  Deliver presentations to MISO members’ covering MISO benefits and strategy.  Currently Charting a Course to grow membership by 30,000 MW with assigned Southern Integration Entities.

 Seven years as lead Shift Senior Reliability Coordinator directing all Secondary Security Center Operators and Trainees. Coordinated the operation of the interconnected bulk electric grid between MAPP/MISO Area member electric utilities and marketing agencies in 12 states and 2 Canadian provinces. Managed transmission outages, generation levels and power scheduling via computer and voice communications. Analyzed operating data to recognize abnormal conditions and implement proper actions to mitigate problems on short notice. Appropriated generation changes, schedule adjustments, and a myriad of operations actions by performing computer model simulations and analytical programs. Subject Matter Expert responsible for coordination on NERC (North American Electric Reliability Council) and MAPP/MISO Area reporting, guides and operating procedures. Monitored interface operating limits and directed changes to maintain the stability and reliability of the interconnected network. Time Error Monitor for the Eastern Interconnect, directing NERC Reliability Regions when to start and stop Time Error Corrections. Led and coordinated application procedures for MAPP/MISO members such as TLR (Transmission Loading Relief), Re-dispatch of generation and the EM (Reserve Sharing) program, Key player in regional power system restoration drills and events.
