 Developing and selling technical EUS solutions and associated costing for multi-million dollar IT outsourcing and Managed Services opportunities Ensuring compliance with technical and contractual requirements of RFPs Assisting with RFPs/RFIs, and other technical questionnaires Operating in a fast-paced environment where every detail counts and responsiveness is an absolute necessity Deliver business, technology and overall technical solution planning and execution of the design process for sales pursuit efforts Collaborate with the various internal and external teams in pursuit of new business contracts Align customer requirements and service portfolio to win new business engagements by leading infrastructure solutions development for various technologies within the technical service area Provides the vision and strategy to customer and internal teams to develop scalable, repeatable processes and solutions to enhance competitiveness Deliver business, technology and overall technical solution planning and execution of the design process for sales pursuit efforts Collaborate with the various internal and external teams in pursuit of new business contracts Early engagement in the sales cycle to understand customer requirements and business drivers Small to large scale deal experience. Total Contract Values between $10m - $200m

 Build the specific solution, scope document, risk profile, and corresponding financials. Integrate process, hardware and software technology and tools into project and staffing plans. Construct risk assessments and corresponding mitigation plans relative to custom solution proposals. Develop financial models that align with custom solution proposals. Compose all applicable services agreements (e.g. Statements of Work, SLA documentation, etc.) that specify processes, technology, staffing, deliverables, commitments, risk, and project management aspects of a solution. Participate in deal negotiation and closure to include transition support to service delivery. Drive ongoing process improvements by driving win-loss reviews and incorporates learnings into future solutions. Build external alliances with customers and industry experts to gain and share information and industry trends. Global experience in dealing with country constraints around labor laws
