As a Partner with ERM managed all aspects of the business working closely with leadership to meet business unit goals. Supported Regional office growth within the Southeastern Region from staff of 6 to more than 35. As regional leader managed all business development, technical delivery, and project management functions within the region. In this position he successfully developed clients throughout the U.S. and led business development and client initiatives to expand service offerings in the region. Collaborating with other business units within the company he led cross-selling of company services directed budgeting, proposal preparation, contract negotiations, program delivery, and project management of complex projects. He also directed front end planning and associated environmental permitting and compliance supporting delivery of capital projects within the chemical, food and beverage, aerospace, DoD, and power sectors.

As a Senior Project Manager he was responsible for securing projects and providing environmental solutions for clients within the key client program. Responsibilities included managing multiple projects providing auditing, due diligence, assessment, and remediation services. Areas of responsibility included: Ft. Gordon GRiP Program Management – Program Manager directing investigation/remediation activities associated with a $19.4M Guaranteed Fixed-Price Remediation Contractor include the closure of 25 RCRA regulated SWMUs; Management of remediation, assessment and facility compliance projects;Marketing and business development of environmental services locally and nationally;Identification of pursuit targets and development of pursuit actions; and Input to both local and national practice strategies.

Principal Engineer at Law Engineering & Environmental Services, Inc. prior to MACTEC acquisition.Successfully led the Environmental and Industrial Services Division and in doing so the Division exceeded net revenue, margin, and growth targets for the term of the assignment. Responsibilities included strategic planning, business development, technical direction and human resource management for the Division with revenue of more than $8MM in revenue and a staff of 55 professionals. The Division included Federal Services, Auditing and Compliance, HSRA/RCRA/CERCLA Investigation and Remediation, and Geo-Environmental departments offering a wide range of solutions to multiple business sectors.

As Principal with Law Engineering was seconded to Sir Alexander Gibb and Partners supporting multi-national client program and growth of EHS offerings to clients with EHS needs in the European Union and internationally.
