In early 2012 I formed my consulting company to offer my services to the upstream oil and gas industry, visit www.hoopllc.comThrough a leading agency in Houston I provided services to the Competence Management Programme of the BP Global Wells Organization from 2012 to 2016. In addition I served as a deepwater operation instructor to several clients from 2012 to 2015.The BP project has afforded me the opportunity to visit a number of land and offshore operations around the world including visits to all of BP's deepwater rigs in the Gulf of Mexico.I also served as a Director of Ranger Offshore, Inc., a leading diving service company in the Gulf of Mexico from 2011 to 2015.In January, 2017, I was retained by Emergent Technologies, Inc. to assist its CEO, Tommy Harlan, and the VP, Marketing, Cameron Mackie, in Investor Relations.

As Director I was responsible for budget preparation and achievement of the annual financial goals. In addition, I directed the enterprise sales for the company's e-products. I also managed the design, construction, and launch of the company's new Learning Center in Houston. All in one year.

I ran the portfolio companies funded by the investment funds created by Emergent Technologies, Inc. emanating from technologies developed at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center and at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and School of Pharmacy.From 2000 to 2005 I also directed ETI office operations.
