32 years of management experience in many roles, including 10 years in retail with sales management, loss prevention management & operations management. From there I moved to home services, where for 17 years, I held several roles managing multiple districts of sizable remote workforce’s & working closely with a large number of 3rd party clients & contractors. I then transitioned over to the modular office & mobile storage industry as a Branch Operations Leader, with my main focus on Safety & operations. Following that role, I was an Operations manager for a large plumbing, electrical, and HVAC company where I managed all service, sales and install departments consisting of 9 managers and approximately 115 employees. I have a passion for safety, customer service & driving revenue. I also possess a proven background in expense control, and building a safe & profitable culture within the workforce I’m managing.
