John Horner is a Police Officer and Patrol Division at City and County of Broomfield. He possess expertise in law enforcement, public safety, crime prevention, police, criminal justice and 16 more skills. Colleagues describe him as "Mr. Horner alway conducts himself at the highest level of professionalism. His knowledge of criminal law is extensive. I have used his knowledge to help me when I was questioning my own knowledge. John has the skills to communicate with the public in any forum or situation. He has a calming way of speaking to people which I found vital during some intense situations where we could have ended up using physical force but John was able to talk the suspects into custody with no altercations. John is a strong team player both on the job and off. He is aways trying to improve himself and everyone around him. On the job, he is a great resource for training of officer safety as well as the more mundane areas of paperwork. Off the job he is part of the coaching staff at the local high school teaching the fundamentals of football.
