Oversaw the day-to-day operations of BRCH's Raphine campus, thereby freeing the owner/principal to spend more time with his family and handle other BRCH projects. Duties included all phases of operations, hiring and supervision of resident care staff as well as building and maintaining healthy relationships with elderly residents and their families. While at BRCH, I received both my Virginia Direct Care Certification amd my CPR/First Aid Certification.

Covered entire East Coast for the company. Serviced existing accounts as well as prospective and developed new accounts. Handled account orders, worked national trade shows, and was responsible for training salespeople on PAMDI product lines, both in terms of product knowledge as well as how to effectively sell them. Conducted trainings both face-to-face and via Zoom and other video conferencing tools. Additionally, I helped create a library of training videos for use by customers via a smartphone app that PAMDI developed.

Directly responsible for the merchandising and purchasing of all electronics, major appliances, and lawn and garden inventory for a 114-year old family-owned retail chain located in Lynchburg, VA. Schewels has 50 stores across VA, NC and WV.In addition to my purchasing and inventory control duties, I was also deeply involved in training a 180+ person sales force on the "ins and outs" of the product categories that I handled. I was also responsible for coordinating and executing sales training video shoots that coincided with Schewels sales contests.
