The site will process 5m+ units p.a of returns for FMCG brands. Capacity Reporting: Responsible for the strategic network capacity modelling for the business.

Operational leadership for the 4 large multi contract fulfilment centres, with 5 General Manager Direct Reports in the UK and Europe.I held a dual role as my job also included account leadership for supply chain services to ASOS.Sheffield, ASOS fulfilment services, - Opened July 2021, (350k sq ft location and 350 employees)Designed and programme managed the site opening.I led the operation to stability and strong commercial results. New leadership team recruited significantly improved the service metrics and commercial results. Czech Republic, ASOS Returns and Pre-Retail Processing Centres Two locations of approximately 100k sqft and 50k sq ft processing sites.
