• Handled various plant unit operations such as GAS PLANT, SULFONATION PLANT that includes neutralization and stabilization, and DRYER PLANT.• Involved in the Preventive Maintenance of the equipment on the following areas: Gas Plant (Gas Scrubber, Electro Static Precipitator, SO2 / SO3 Converter, Sulfur Burner, Acid Absorber, Air Dryers and Heat Exchangers), Sulfonation(Reactor, Aging Vessel, Stabilizer, and Double Steps Neutralizations), Dryer (Scrape Wall Evaporator, Belt Conveyor, Flakers and Extruders), and Utilities (Cooling tower, Instrument Air and Plant Air Compressors, York Chiller, Hot Water Tracing, Condensate Recovery, and Softener units).• Monitored the required parameters necessary for the operation such as, temperature, pressure, mass flow rate, pH, tank level, raw material and product inventories, and recorded the findings as well.• Ensured that the Maintenance department is well informed in the event of machine failure and assist them on trouble shooting such as Motors, Pumps, Blowers, Pneumatic valves, and others.• Performed start-up and shutdown operations procedure.• Ensured that all equipments on-site is in qood operating condition.• Made the necessary preparations for product switchover.• Informed the Board man on-duty for the necessary adjustments in case of product quality deviation.• Initiated the lifting of samples from different sampling points both for laboratory analyses and in-line control checks made by the production specialist as a means of controlling the quality of product produced. • Responsible for the safe and timely production of all Batch products in reactor R570 and R560.• Cleaning and preparation of Batch Reactors.• Forklift Operation. (Diesel and Electric)• Ensure that all Packaging material and Raw material is available beforeproceeding to production.• Timely Completion of SAP Production Information Sheets• Initiate troubleshooting in the Batch operations, process equipment, controls,etc to ensure continuous and normal operations of the plant.• Monitoring of all Batch Production equipment such as Reactors, Pumps, heatexchangers etc.• Participate in any experimental runs conducted in any of the Batch Reactors.• Report any abnormalities observed on Equipment during operation.• Assists the Maintenance Team Members in conducting preventivemaintenance in any of the Batch reactor equipment.• Monitor and conduct required periodic inspection of Batch Reactor equipment(abnormal vibrations, abnormal sounds, oil level, etc)• Perform the required inspection of the Forklifts to be operated.• Conduct routine inspection and maintenance on all safety equipment in hisarea of responsibility.

• Performs processing of batch reactors for the production of Esterquat using automated control(SCADA / DCS). Ensures product quality that conforms to specification.• Responsible for the caring of plant area main process, utilities, tank farm, Dimethyl Sulfate (DMS) storage tank, piping, unloading area, control room, electrical systems, motor control center, firefighting equipment, instrumentations and other facilities as a one man plant.• Lead the unloading/loading of raw materials and finished products to storage tanks and isotanks.• Maintains and monitors required level of specifications of raw materials and finished products inventory in storage and process areas. Schedules maintenance work by preparing work orders. Conforms also to LOTO/HECP, Hot work, Cold work, Confine Space Entry Work Permit.Prepares report (production status, raw materials and product liquidation, cycle time,OST, checklist, and the like.)• Conforms to the company policies and procedures.• Participate in self-directed workgroup meetings, operating procedure improvements, HAZOP, JSA, 5S, PSM, QSPE and used quality tools for improvement.• Performs other duties and task that would require by the management in accordance with the rule of the company.• Responsible in updating Production Status and Inventory to SAP through the shift covered.

• Provides support on duties and responsibilities of the Batch process operator.• Performs other/duties that may be assigned from time to time.
