As a Green Space and Biodiversity Manager at Rugby Borough Council, I have over twenty five years of experience in managing and improving the external environment, creating positive social impact, increasing biodiversity, creating inclusive accessible spaces and enhancing the wellbeing of the community.my team which includes green space officers, park ranger and arboricultural officer focuses on ensuring quality, diversity, efficiency, and sustainability.I also have a passion and expertise in horticultural therapy and biodiversity, which I apply to create and maintain green spaces that promote health, social inclusion, and environmental awareness. I have developed and implemented several initiatives and projects that enhance the biodiversity, accessibility and inclusivity of the region. My goal is to make Rugby Borough Council a leader in green space, community engagement and biodiversity management, and to inspire and empower others to join me in this mission.
