Responsible for MerlinTeller project initiatives involving design, development, and installation of modifications to include but not limited to Member Of Project Charter Team, High Level Design, Detailed Low Level Design, Code Development, Unit Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Implementation and Warranty Support.Management of modifications to the back office DB2, IMS, CICS and MQSeries programs and procedures in support of several project initiatives. Project Technical Lead and Developer assigned to design, document, enhance and maintain the Health and Welfare Benefits Web and Mainframe Applications for General Electric. Four websites comprise the GE Benefits Web applications: JoinGE to support newly hired, rehired and acquisitions employees, Ongoing to support existing employees, TPC to support pension processing, and Annual Enrollment. Extensive web and mainframe modifications were required to support these systems. The project involves heavy DB2, Oracle and SQL knowledge. DB2 and Oracle Stored Procedures are utilized for data accesses by the Web applications and contain the business rules to support a complex package of employee benefits. The Internet application utilizes ASP, JAVA, JAVASCRIPT, Visual Basic, XML and HTML. IBM software products DB2 Connect, Websphere, and Universal Database are utilized to support the web applications. Provide DBA DB2 and Oracle experience when required. Provide assistance to technical development, business teams and external customers to derive the best possible solutions to complex information technology issues. Ad Hoc reporting as required utilizing MS ACCESS and MS EXCEL. Provide 24 by 7 support of all of the websites. Assisted the QA group in writing test cases and reusable test scripts. Project Technical Lead Developer responsible for the design, development, and installation of custom enhancements to the Customer Information Management (CIM) System, Release 4, (DB2) created to support the Internet Virtual Office applications. CIM is the corporate information repository for enrollment and benefits information. The Information to populate this infrastructure is extracted from legacy systems RBMS (IMS Billing Master) and MHS (VSAM Member Master). Develop requirements with end users and business analysts, devise and implement complex programming solutions, and provided support on a 24x7 basis. Provide technical programming and design solutions to other development areas utilizing VSAM, IMS, and DB2. Created data patches for CIM DB2 tables and coordinate the execution of these jobs with the Virtual Office and Diamond teams. Assisted the HIPAA teams with modifications required for regulatory compliance of customer information. Provided assistance to other technical teams in the modification and installation of process improvements in support of ODS.

Project Manager/Lead Developer responsible for the design and development of the Calling Card System (DB2/VSAM/MQSeries) utilized to support the Universal Card Services Credit Card Portfolio. Responsibilities included data modeling of the 35 Back Office System DB2 tables and VSAM files, interface development to support AT&T and Citibank vendor transaction transmissions, online interface development for the GUI (C++/VB) Front Office applications, and the data conversion and loading of 40 million card holder accounts. Provided 24 by 7 support of the system after production installation. Created the transition plan and conducted training sessions for system migration to the maintenance team.

Project Lead and Developer responsible the design and development of the Customer Information Management System, Release 4, (DB2) created to support the Internet Virtual Office applications.
