• Effectively manage sales campaigns, timelines and training for ticket sales staff.• Track daily, weekly, monthly and annual activity and sales team and individual goals.• Strategically work with Vice President of Ticket Sales to build and execute the Texas Stars Ticket Sales business plan and budget.• Focus on retention of existing accounts and identify new business opportunities to meet and exceed ticket sales team and individual goals.

Assumes responsibility for the effective functioning of Athletics Department Ticket Office operations including, but not limited to, maintenance and updating of the computerized ticketing software, daily processing and reconciliation of ticket sales and creation and maintenance of an Athletics events calendar through the ticketing system. Ensures financial and accounting controls are in place which enhance revenue generation opportunities.Generates ticket revenue for season and single game ticket sales for men's and women's basketball, men’s and women’s soccer, men's lacrosse, baseball and softball. Establishes, cultivates and maintains effective working relationships with current and potential ticket buyers as well as targeted groups within the greater Hartford community by focusing on outbound sales calls and visits, creating and implementing specific ticket promotions and developing new strategies to increase the overall number of season ticket holders.Develops, implements and oversees a quality customer service plan for the Ticket Office staff, aimed to enhance the overall customer experience during athletic events. Hires, trains, schedules and supervises student workers as well as ensures appropriate staffing levels are maintained.Works closely with the Athletics Department External Relations team in efforts to positively position University of Hartford Athletics to the public and build fan loyalty. Assists in the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing plan for various sport programs. Works collaboratively to design and distribute all marketing print materials, ticket sales pieces as well as advertising and sales campaign initiatives such as flyers, posters, emails and mass mailings.Supports broad Athletics initiatives as necessary and/or appropriate.

 Assist Director of Ticket Sales with management of Box Office operations: o Process online, window, and phone orders for game tickets and event registration o Manage pass and prospect lists to ensure NCAA compliance o Prepare daily, weekly, and year to date summaries and sales reports  Execute season ticket sales initiatives with current and prospective clients  Manage and implement targeted group sales and community promotions  Maintain and update Ticket software system and CRM database  Supervise student workers in Box Office at all home athletics events
