I have 10 years OSP Project Management experience managing as many as 130 in-house employees, 12 HDD drill crews, and 70 aerial crews at a time. I have successfully managed every market that I was placed in, ranging annually from $5 million to $14 million in construction inventory. While working in the state of texas I managed an HDD company from being a subcontractor of prime contractors all the way into becoming the leading Prime contractor themselves within 12 months inevitably placing them in the Fast5 for the state of Ohio. then, While working in Ohio. I managed the only successful operation by a Prime contractor from outside of the state. under my leadership, WE were awarded 70% of all new PO's and successfully installed each of them with performance evaluation ratings between 95%-100%. While working as Project Manager in Houston, Texas we successfully installed 1 million feet of new preterminated fiber and strand each month for 7 consecutive months setting a state record.

I was hired by ADEX Telecom while working as the Project Manager for Eustis Cable one of their respective sub-contractors. I was asked by ADEX to help participate with an RFP and reverse auction for a new market. AS the senior Project Manager for ADEX Telecom I managed all in-house employees, our client relations, and subcontractors in Houston, Texas, and Cleveland, Ohio concurrently. When I arrived in Cleveland, Ohio to manage the project with ATT (the Client) they were originally apprehensive to award ADEX Telecom any volume of new work because no other out of state Prime contractor had been able to deliver the quality or quantity of fiber placing PO's needed consistently. However, just a few months after my arrival we quickly became THE PRIME contractor being awarded some 70% of all new PO's for the market. I left this market only after being transferred to Houston to open that new market and hire a new series of subcontractors. As project manager, my responsibilities also included permitting, payroll, and production schedules.

Cleveland/Akron, Ohio Area

Acas systems training program developer and director. Manage New Market Development. During my time as a Project Manager. I established Eustis Cable as the only out of state contractor to successfully perform within the Cleveland, Ohio Market. I was able to position Eustis CAble as the primary subcontractor in this market. Once I became the Project Manager WE were awarded 70% of all new PO's installed for the client (ATT). responsibilities also included registration and permitting applications within each township. I was also responsible for developing a training manual and support materials for Acas systems. my employer Eustis Cable, had no prior experiences within this system prior to me providing direction and training.

Austin, Texas Area

I arrived in Austin, Texas to assume the role of Project Manager for this company at that time they were losing money nearly $5 million in the hole before I arrived by operating 6 drills and working as a sub-contractor for 3 separate ATT Prime Contractors drilling only approximately 3,000' per week, 90 days after my arrival the owner purchased an additional 6 drills and we were accepted as THE PRIME contractor for the entire SW region for our client (ATT). We began drilling after a rigorous period of hiring and firing we established ourselves as the fastest growing directional drilling company in the entire state of Texas. WE began to drill nearly 10,000' feet each week consistently. out-pacing all other competitors. At the time of my departure from this company they were offered $40 million for the operation and had nearly $300 million of new work available. this company has also now been recognized as Fast5 in the state of Ohio. demonstrating that the management strategies that I employed allowed this company to prosper even after my departure.

Greater Atlanta Area

As project manager for the telecommunications industry, my role has now evolved into site inspections and systems analysis of fiber optic network installations and fiber network construction packages. While I am currently completing my Masters degree at the University of Michigan, I am concurrently holding the lead consultant position with a TeleCom network construction provider. J & C Enterprise is an American owned and operated fiber network conglomerate. Based in the Greater Atlanta Area, this minority owned business is projecting sales contracts to exceed $40 million in 2015. The owner has spent the past decade developing the most efficient practices in the industry. I am proud to represent this organization as their lead construction consultant. .

I am an adviser to the board of directors for matters concerning EPA compliance and projections of legislative changes that affect conventional energy resources.

I have accepted the lead consultant position for an energy management consulting firm based in Houston, Texas.. The firm plans a hard launch in January 2015 and is currently developing strategies for companies that have energy costs between $50k - $500k annually. The primary focus is in energy efficiency from a resource management perspective. Additional services include stormwater/wastewater management, waste management, and continuing education classes in the three main services that we provide. My experiences include managing the installation of the fiber-optic network in the Virgin Islands. I have LEED credentials and will soon complete my energy efficient practitioners certification through the AEE. I am also working towards completing my Masters degree at the University of Michigan, School of Natural Resources and Environment with a concentration in sustainable systems.

I am the operations manager responsible for the installation of next generation fiber-optic technologies in the U.S. Virgin Islands under the Broadband initiative of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. The program is guided by the NTIA/National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) team, the Virgin Islands Public Finance Authority (VIPFA), and the Virgin Islands Next Generation Network (VINGN) as well as local authorities. I am the operations manager for Cobalt Telecom Inc. in which the scope of work includes the aerial installation of fiber-optics on the islands of St. Thomas, St. John, St. Croix, and Water Island.
