Provide System Support within ANZ Call Centre Operations for both Business and Technology departments.Provision of a proactive and integrated approach to ensure change management controls and processes are promoted and adhered, to mitigate possible technology impacts to customers and frontline staff.SME and Consultancy for Call Centre Technologies i.e. telephony, software, workspace requirements, physical equipment, user access requirements, relocations, change implementation, system upgrades and releases.Manage all appropriate communications, instructions and workarounds during Major Incidents and Planned System Outages.Onsite second-level support for faults, system upgrades, and project requests including relocations, licensing, user access, installations, software deployment and database changes.Maintain knowledge database documents and references tools.Work on-call to provide support 24 x 7. Implementation of appropriate methodology, procedures and tools relevant to business requirements.Support and escalation point for multiple sites in Australia and International.Review, plan and approve technology changes.
