Contracted Instructional Designer and Developer on behalf of ATS for Intuit, Neiman Marcus, NationwideInsurance, Honda and the State of Utah. Development was done in Storyline 2 and 360 and Articulate Review was used for the review part of the development process. The courses created in Storylineincluded extensive use of layers, triggers, states, actions, custom player options and variables.• When needed I was responsible for creating all the support graphics, videos and Flash animations for eachof the courses I developed.• All courses were developed to be 508 compliant

• I Was a member of the RED team, we were tasked with updated the training for Rapid Delivery. Wecreated dozens of courses for Rapid Delivery using both Captivate and Storyline. The work involved theuse of Microsoft PowerPoint to storyboard and design eLearning modules and then the development was done in Captivate and Articulate Storyline.• I was instrumental in the creation of the Virtual Coach Project (Video support training). I created numeroussystem training videos using Camtasia/Storyline.I worked directly with Subject Matter Experts to analyze specific needs, create course descriptions andoutlines, and then gather the content needed for the storyboarding part of the process, and finally thedevelopment and deployment.• As part of the design/development process, I created numerous flash animations that were used in thecourses. I was also responsible for creating gamifications for the course assessments.• Used 3ds Max to create animations and 3d models used in the training• Used VideoScribe to create multiple whiteboard animations used in the courses• Created animated courses using CrazyTalk Animator as well as GoAnimate• Created graphics and interactions for e-learning courses
