John commenced his professional career with a forerunner of Ernst & Young and became a partner of Ernst & Young in 1983. He has diverse experience in commercial, financial and taxation matters specialising in providing strategic business and taxation advice mostly to privately owned SME’s; emerging businesses and high net worth individuals.John has served clients from diverse industries such as wholesalers, retailers, manufacturers and service providers. John has built up expertise in business advisory and tax accounting including company valuations, corporate planning, asset protection and succession planning, finance advice and general daily business management, as well as expertise and experience in property development, hotels and gaming venues. John has previously been a member of the Property Committee of the Victorian Division of the Property Council of Victoria and also holds a number of private company directorships and offices of company secretary.
