Provide strategic leadership support to the Managing Director and oversight to the organization. Manage the entire Escravos operations’ Support services consisting of the following major areas;Asset Integrity & Reliability team: Assets include Pipelines, vessels & equipment. Developing inspection protocol & programs. Execute these inspection programs and track same for both internal & Regulatory record keeping. Technical expert on Asset Integrity for Chevron.Laboratory team, managing water treatment & distribution, sewage treatment & lab services to production facilitiesProduction Engineering Services: Well reliability & Optimization effortsProcess Engineering Supports: Process analysis and management of change (MOC) efforts for the entire Chevron Operations.UWT/ORD Efforts- Upstream Well Transformation & Operator Routine Duty activities. Facilities safety system audit protocols to shape operators behavior and drive an efficient equipment safety culture.Functioned as point-person for all base business field activities in JV Operation; Well Reliability & Optimization (WRO), Integrated Production system Optimization (IPSO), Surface Facilities Optimization (SFO), Abandonment Acted as General Manager Operations, Escravos Manage the entire Escravos Operations to sustain to production of over 200,000 BOPD, 400 MMSCF/D gas consisting of the following management structures; General Operations & Maintenance, EGTL (Escravos Gas-to-liquid) facility, Public & Government Affairs (PGPA), Human Resources, Security, Supply Chain Mgt (SCM), Medical, Construction and HES (Health, Environment & Safety). These organization structure spread across the Onshore fields, Ofshore fields in Escravos, Warri & Lekki with over 6,000 employees.

Manage the South Offshore Area Asset consisting of 250 workforce (Expart & National), 9 production platforms plus complimentary resources of SEWOPs, Rigs, construction & maintenance equipment. Staff development is critical to the operation & management of these majorly brownfield assets.Support the development of business plan for the JV organization.Manage the Production over 150,000 BOPD and over 400 MMSCF/DManage the Health, Safety & Environment program for South Offshore Area Asset.Manage CAPEX and OPEX activities for South Offshore Area; New drills, workovers, platform installation, upgrades and maintenance activities.Champion the deployment and management Operational Excellence (OE) for South Offshore Area using OEMS model. Operational Excellence systematically manages workforce safety & health, process safety, reliability & integrity, environment, efficiency, security, and stakeholders in order to meet organization’s OE objectives.

Manage a team of Engineers and Geologists of about 15 technical employees of both expatriates and national employees involved in reviews and development of work programs/proposals for well intervention, Major rig workover & new development drillings for Offshore Asset. Under my leadership the team turned out over 50 well intervention programs, 15 new drill/MRWO opportunities. The team was also involved with day to day operations of the NRWO efforts accomplished with 9 SEWOPs (Self-Elevating Work-Over Platforms). Also involved with the contracting processes of the support structures like SEWOP, man-power and complementary equipment.

Manage an Engineering workforce of 20 Engrs involved in designing, Coordinating and supervising of Wireline, Electric-line, and Coil tubing operations; stimulation; gaslift design/execution; storm choke design and execution; Thru-tubing logging & plug back, water shut-off, BHPs, FBHPs, Barge assignment and coordination, daily report writing, cost monitoring, accrual reconciliation, materials ordering & coordination, barge mobilization and demobilization, job planning, Designing and maintaining ESP completions, Manning and running offshore FPSOs, etc. Worked as Project manager for the Wellhead Maintenance project for Chevron Nigeria Ltd. with over 1200 wells. Manages the well reliability and optimization initiative for Chevron Nigeria business unit.WRO advisor; Technical expert for the Well Reliability & Optimization aspect of the Chevron’s Base Business process.Technical expert for well engineering & production technology.

Designing, Coordination and supervision of Wireline, Electric-line, and Coil tubing operations; stimulation; gaslift design/execution; storm choke design and execution; Thru-tubing logging & plug back, water shut off, BHPs, FBHPs, Barge assignment and coordination, daily report writing, cost monitoring, accrual reconciliation, materials ordering & coordination, barge mobilization and demobilization, job planning, Designing and maintaining ESP completions, Manning and running offshore FPSOs, etc. Worked as Production Supervisor in Chevron Port Harcourt office, handled production operations, procurement of oilfield materials, raising service contracts, job orders, coordinate remedial well activities, etc. Design and execute wellhead safety intervention programs for Chevron.

Monitoring 20 wells streams with 25,000 BOPD; General Field and Well monitoring; well completion design; major rig workovers and non-rig workovers; gravel pack performance analysis; allowable processing; depletion plans; reserves estimation; decline curve analysis; Designing and maintaining ESP completions, etc.

Monitoring 30 wells (50 streams, 20,000 BOPD); General field, reservoir and well monitoring; gaslift designs and optimization; workover and development well candidate generation; economics; well completion design; non-rig workovers; stimulation; gravel packing, Designing and maintaining ESP completions, etc.

Sales and services of tri-cone, PDC and coring bits, cementing equipment like DV collars, centralizers, float collars and shoes. Warehouse stock maintenance, inventory and ordering.Customer management across the major operators; SPDC, Chevron, Mobil, Elf & Agip, etc.Development of customer feedback model.

Daily production platform operations and maintenance such as; shake out test, choke changing, production rate testing, meter(P. D.) proving.Production engineering jobs such as; static pressure survey(Amerada), well reactivation, sand bailing, wax cutting, swabbing, flowing BHP/BPU survey.Environmental protection jobs such as pollution control, pollution cleaning, etc.

Routine drilling operations such as; nippling up and testing BOP, running casing, cementing, crew coordination, drill pipe inspection and grading, mud pump maintenance, kick control and blow out prevention, general rig floor jobs.
