Oversee the entire photo department and all personnel within. Supervise a staff of photo editors keeping them all on task, while providing input and guidance and always upholding the highest quality standards possible. Direct a team of outside photographers located in Canada, Europe and the U.S. to cover sporting events, photo shoots, live broadcasts and various other people and places as needed. Manage multiple projects in both sports and entertainment, sourcing the images and artwork needed to create products while keeping on time with deadlines. Administrate an archive of 10 million plus digital and analog images. Procure, track and bill for all images and artwork used for products, advertising, print and web. Create a department budget and work within that budget to attain assets. Sole In-House Photographer for all items for web, products and print. Creatively direct set-up of studio product photos for solicitations, advertising and web both independently and as a team. Personally photograph major sporting events including NHL, PGA, NCAA football and NCAA basketball. Photograph athletes and personalities both in studio and on location.

Photographed all products including autographed jerseys, photos, framed artwork, basketballs, footballs and multiple other sporting equipment items. Photographed various athletes in the field and in studio for use on products. Creatively directed photo shoots of products. Color corrected and retouched all imagery. Completed duties in a timeline set by leads and supervisors. Photography used for company website, catalogs, mailers, and emails to consumers and distributors. Controlled inventory in and out of the photography studio and performed shipping and receiving of items.
