Company went from 2 projects in initial year ofbilling to 16.

General partner that oversaw the acquisition of distressed, C level apartments in Arlington, TX from primarily governmental agencies. Developed strategies to rehab and remodel apartments to B quality and created proformas for lenders and other investors for financing to cover acquisition/remodeling costs. Once completed, developed strategies to operate.

Managed over 600 single family and multi-family units in the Arlington area; oversaw upkeep and subsequent marketing of the properties all the while maintaining a 95-98% occupancy rate and delivering a strong capitalization rate for the owner/investors.
