Administering entire general operations of Administration, Food & Beverage, Guest Relation, Safety, Asset Management, Waste Management, Audits and other activities in the organization. Expertise in managing overall operations with focus on SOP and client satisfaction keeping in view the organization’s mission.Monitoring the entire operation and responsible for cost control and inventory control. Makes key decisions regarding day-to-day operational issues; removes obstacles to success and ensures adequate resources are available to achieve business resultsReviews financial reports and works with Core Committee for enhancing revenue & managing costs Identifies opportunities to increase profits and create value by encouraging innovation and driving necessary changes.Develops & initiates such measures which may contribute to the overall development of the Unit which increase operating efficiency, resourceful and creative team with all Department Heads, Managers and Executives of the Unit by periodic counseling and meetings. Implement and practices, control measures & mechanism to reduce pilferage and increase profitability and responsible for overseeing all asset inventories of the Unit.
