I have over 24 years of operational and commercial management experience in the construction industry in Australia and 5 years internationally, covering both residential and commercial construction.Starting off in a Contracts Administration roles, at BGC, progressed to a Project Manager role and then to managing the retirement and aged care construction portfolio for BGC. Light commercial projects was then added to this portfolio. In 2020 these roles were combined .I have many years experience in senior leadership roles and have a solid understanding of multi discipline contracts, logistics and procurement along with comprehensive pre and post contract experience in contracts management, contracts administration , claims recognition, mitigation and resolution, progress and financial forecast reporting etc.Whilst my focus for the last few years has been on Aged Care and retirement projects, I have been involved in many different types and sizes of projects including grouped housing, small boutique apartment developments, education facilities, commercial office buildings, warehouses and multi storey carparks.
