At Stearns, I was a senior data analyst, tasked with consolidating and managing marketing resources and data, in addition to creating periodic reports for several business units, assisting in managing our online marketing portal and developing new strategies for storing and reporting on all marketing data. I was involved in creating and managing in house and social media campaigns, which was comprised of A|B testing, campaign management, tracking and reporting. As a result, I was able to provide insights, metrics and KPIs to drive business decisions from a marketing perspective. Lastly, I was also responsible for creating and managing our marketing database which contained contacts, leads and other marketing related data. This also meant mining for data--often from third party sources--so that I could present my insights to management.

I began my tenure with Wingspan as an associate that required agents to respond to complaints from customers and businesses on behalf of the office of the present (of our client). Performed as an associate responsible for client contact in reference to document collection and other related complaint and dispute resolution matters.
