I’m a specialist in co-creation and qualitative market research.My passion is ‘people led change for better organisational decision-making’. I have been practicing this in one form of other since 1992, principally on issues relating to people’s health and wellbeing.My particular interest is in bringing together decision-makers with naïve individuals (customers, patients, residents, employees, service users) so they can collaborate directly to co-create answers to problems. I especially enjoy facilitating large workshops (20+ people). Using this unusual group dynamic to activate people’s innate creativity to create elegant solutions to organisational challenges. My draw inspiration from a range of different behaviour change traditions, including social marketing, psychology / behavioural economics, sociology and increasingly psychotherapy.
