About John Iskander

John has degrees in food science and human nutrition, zoology, and business from the University of Florida as well as a doctorate in medicine and masters in public health from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill. He is a board-certified anesthesiologist practicing in Chicago and overseas, including working with MSF (Doctors Without Borders) in Eastern Africa and training anesthesiologists in Vietnam.
