CurrentProvides extensive administrative and management support on a variety of complex issues related to budget, travel, appropriations, personnel and payroll management. Coordinates implementation of directives relative to property inventory control and management, training records management, logistics management, travel and transportation management, contract and procurement management, and credit card control.Participates in administrative studies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of operation. Analyzes a wide variety of reports, workflow statistics, precedent cases, and the current administrative procedures to determine the possible causes of workflow or other administrative problems. Recommends administrative and procedural changes where appropriate.
