Lead for IT Strategy and IT Services to Camden Schools; Approx £3 M budget ; 40 staff. Lead for the implementation of the National Grid for Learning ; Led the bid for UK On Line for Camden. Provided the technical input for the successful bids for the establishment of City Learning Centres in Camden and the Classroom of the Future.

Seconded on a part time basis to the Children's Unit within the Home Office to develop and advise on IT solutions for improving data sharing following Lord Laming's inquiry into the death of Victoria Climbié. Led Camden's IRT / ISA Trailblazing Project.

Deputy for Brian Durrant. Helped to set-up the London Grid for Learning and roll the infrastructure out to over 2000 schools in London.
