Managed Boat Locker Leasing, LLC. Increased sales in both small boat and snowboard businesses. Developed new operational processes to assist in pricing and new product introductions. Designed Boat Locker Mobile Store/Trailer to service customers and events on the road. Coordinated public relations, digital media and marketing initiatives.

I was responsible for all aspects of organized sailing at the yacht club. This included the planning and execution of events, programs, staffing, budgets, community outreach, boat and facility maintenance and membership development. I had the pleasure to organize and run high-level, national-scale regattas such as US SAILING Championship of Champions, a High School National Championship and a US SAILING Youth Championship. On occasion I would secure private and corporate sponsorship contributions and procure volunteer workers for outreach sailing programs, major regattas and Olympic fundraising events. My position required me to oversee adult and junior sailing programs while managing a staff of eight coaches.

Managed distressed and insolvent businesses. Administered asset sales in plans of dissolution and or reorganization. Negotiated relief from financially binding business agreements. I basically helped bury a company with dignity or revive it from the dead.

Competed professionally in competitions at venues throughout Asia, Europe and North America. Represented K2 Snowboards at various trade shows to help promote it's products. Worked with photographers and cinema-photographers for snowboard magazines and films.
