('13 - '14) Estimating Manager responsibilities included coordinating job search, quantity takeoff, estimating approach, equipment search, subcontractor selection, and day of estimate close out for marine construction. Proficient in Heavy Bid (HCSS) construction estimating software, suretrak scheduling software, and proposal writing.('10 - '13) Project Engineer to the $31 million CM/GC contract to modify the existing water intake system including installation of a steel hydro selective withdrawal tower, new mechanical and electrical operating systems, water quality equipment site civil improvements and fish flow piping. Responsibilities included subcontractor coordination, purchasing of critical items, daily owner relations to environment sensitivity of the City of Portland's drinking water. ('10 - '11) Project Manager of the beginning phase of three approximately 50 foot long bridges. The beginning phase consisted of a 365 foot long sheet pile wall with soil nails, critical picks of precast concrete pile caps and box girders, and waterproofing of the bridge deck. Produced work plans for the pile driving operations, pier form work, box girder erection, and waterproofing for the remaining two bridges.('09 - '10) Project Manager and job control for the a project for Burlington Northern Santa Fe (BNSF) to replace both spherical trunnion bearings. Built in 1913 the repairs included installation of 200,000 lbs. of temporary jacking steel, a critical lift of approximately 3,070 kips, interference fit of two 20 inch diameter shafts, compressed bridge closure schedules, deliver of bridge parts via live rail, all while maintaining live train and marine traffic. ('08 - '09) Industrial Service Management of numerous industrial jobs related to maintenance, repair, and new construction for grainery's, paper, and steel mills. Responsibilities included administrations of billing, purchasing of critical material, crew selections, scheduling, and cost control.
