• Manage a team of 20+ Pressure Systems Integrity engineers/Integrity Engineers (bp and contractor) to maintain an effective Inspection RBI program, ensuring the safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation of five offshore production assets (Argos, Atlantis, Mad Dog, Na Kika, and Thunder Horse) in the Gulf of Mexico (GoM) • Lead the integration of Bentley APM, AA&T, Inspection Build (IB), Digital Twin, and SAP • Represent bp as a member of the GoM Offshore Operators Committee (OOC) for the Temporary Repairs Workgroup • Maintain the risk assessment program, analyzing safety and business risks for thousands of integrity findings to prioritize offshore execution and maximize risk reduction • Visualize critical KPIs via Power BI dashboards to support communication and decision-making• Support planned and unplanned turnarounds and outages
