• Led a 400-person field artillery battalion responsible for the training, welfare and employment of the personnel and weapons systems.
• Deployed the organization and equipment to locations in the middle east in response to ISIS taking the key cities of Mosul, Iraq and Raqqa, Syria.
• Distributed and sustained the organization across 5 middle east countries to conduct operations against ISIS. The battalion’s efforts led to the liberation of both Mosul and Raqqa.
