Was in charge of auditing the planting quality of one ten-person crew and reporting findings to supervisors, and facilitated in the improvement of planting quality where it was needed. I also acted as the tree-care specialist for the crew, which included helping to plan tree allocations for planting blocks alongside the crew chief, meeting delivery trucks and guiding them to work sites while signing off on deliveries, placing trees within planting areas using an All-Terrain Vehicle for facilitated planting, and aiding supervisors in estimating the number of trees required as blocks are planted from day-to-day.
