I am certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Civil Trial Attorney.My practice focuses on condemnation, eminent domain, redevelopment, local property tax appeals and environmental and real estate related litigation. I represent property owners and public entities in condemnation and eminent domain matters including challenges to government takings of private property, commission hearings and jury trials to determine just compensation, allocation hearings and inverse condemnation claims. I have represented clients in other real estate matters, including prerogative writ challenges to redevelopment area designations and plans, local commercial property tax appeals, environmental cost recovery and contribution actions, commercial landlord-tenant disputes, and construction disputes.I have represented clients in jury and non-jury trials, administrative hearings, and appeals. I have briefed and argued before the Supreme Court and the Appellate Division of New Jersey, and have briefed before the United States Supreme Court on condemnation matters.
