In 2002, I founded Klaraos to address my clients’ priorities of combining humanitarian interests with a goal-based approach to building wealth, benefiting more than just their finances, by helping them improve their lives. I developed an investment philosophy that utilizes core real estate coupled with financial investments to compound returns, with downside protection, thus blazing a new trail through the investment landscape. In 2010, HomeRock LLC was created to further expand by humanitarian interests by providing affordable rental properties for families, along with an incredible investment opportunity. At HomeRock we utilize our dominant real estate position, complemented by financial techniques, to compound returns with maintaining downside protection. This dedication to our clients’ and investors’ dual interest helps HomeRock LLC and Klaraos blaze new trails in the investment and housing market. I focus my time on the things I consider most important... family, friends, clients, associates, civic responsibility and educating youth. I’m always amazed at the gifts others possess. Wherever I travel, I work to create a more connected experience for everyone I encounter. I’m very grounded by the joy that comes from my amazing wife and two kids. We love to take family vacations, where we explore the desert and mountain areas around our home in Northern Nevada. As a family, we also try our hand in micro-farming and hatching, while enjoying the events our hometown has to offer.
