Within two years was promoted to Vice President and given responsibility for corporate-wide IT Infrastructure and Operations.Improved the perception and effectiveness of the Information Services team by stabilizing staffing issues, standardizing processes and communication and creating dedicated project resources. Enabled business to more effectively pass rigorous client security audits by creating, designing, setting direction for, and implementing Information Security practices and procedures.
