Our team is dedicated to selling industry leading smart inverters, high-power DC/DC converters, rectifiers, and Tier-1 Energy Storage Systems (ESS) to integrators, OEMs, CPOs, and EPCs for use in EV charging applications. We offer a wide range of services, from hardware and commissioning sales to providing comprehensive engineering services and LTSA agreements. Our primary focus is on high-power charging applications for MD/HD trucking, fleet, marine, and electric aviation, aligning with key market participants.I also lead the department's new product development initiatives, identifying market gaps and emerging requirements that align with Dynapower's core competencies and reputation. Along with our internal engineering resources, I collaborate proactively with national labs, standards organizations, and EV charging OEMs.Dynapower was acquired by Sensata Technologies in 2022, and I am currently working on integration and cross-selling strategies between Sensata's internal divisions of HVOR, aerospace, and marine.

I was part of the core team that established EVESCO. This company combines EV fast charge technology with energy storage at points of distribution congestion or locations with high energy costs. As a founding member, I played a vital role in developing and commercializing this technology. I was appointed as the Director of N.A. Sales, where I grew sales initiatives and strategies with the marketing and leadership teams. Our multi-channel approach included engaging rep firms, distribution networks, direct sales, and industry partnerships to create opportunities for the company.I established varied sales channels, leveraged legacy relationships, created new industry partnerships, and completed projects with tier-1 organizations. I operate effectively in a start-up environment with diverse and dynamic operating conditions.

By implementing strategic sales initiatives, recruiting, mentoring, and executing successful business plans, I achieved 200% year-to-year growth while improving processes and margins. I consistently exceeded my budget and expectations. After demonstrating high success, I earned the opportunity to develop EVESCO alongside Power Sonic’s International Director of Marketing, the UK Director of Utilities and Infrastructure, and the VP of Sales, who is also an owner of Power Sonic and its portfolio of companies.

As the Director of Sales at Supplies Outlet, I acquired new partners and developed existing relationships for a $35 million division. I oversaw 14 direct reports and secured numerous contract awards through government bidding. I also aligned with marketing and product development to ensure success. Supplies Outlet is one of the US's largest importers and wholesale distributors of laptop batteries and compatible imaging supplies. I successfully brought two extended-life laptop batteries from prototype to production during my tenure. These batteries were sold through HP's aftermarket channels, becoming one of the company’s largest customers.
