As Project Manager, I consult and collaborate with account management and clients to ensure alignment between clients' objectives and internal teams. This data is collected and submitted to TrendSource by over 26,000 independent contractors who perform inspections throughout North America. This Quality Assurance Coordinator is responsible for reviewing, editing, and interpreting this data to provide clientele with concise and accurate assessments of inspected businesses. I have personally reviewed over 44,000 reports, more than tripling the required metrics while exceeding company accuracy standards by 50%. Increased employee efficiency and accuracy by streamlining the review process to take advantage of individual employee strengths and by modifying how parts of the job are assessed to better reflect the quality and quantity of work being performed.Provide backend support to ensure that both independent contractors and employees have the tools necessary to complete their work efficiently and effectively. Draft and edit new questionnaires tailored to specific client needs. Assist the Lead Project Manager to develop new in-house platforms for increased optimization. Work with IT and management to best implement the platforms and provide extensive testing to ensure flawless execution.
