Architected, designed and developed a distributed system in C# for the Fundamentals of Engineering Honors (FEH) robot course used in subsequent years by the college to reduce course software development time from months to weeks. It is completely configurable via XML and extensible via a simple interface. Technology used includes protobuf-net, advanced reflection techniques, web socket programming, encrypted communication, multi-threaded design, distributed updates via DLL download and bootstrap as well as a WPF application to control it all. Ported Olive and the Mono C# runtime to Debian Jessie (then experimental) on Beaglebone Black with amrhf support as part of this project.Assisted students in planning, building and programming robots as well as strategic advice with the course. Primarily focused on programming related questions. Taught basic to intermediate level C++, MATLAB, Excel, Solidworks, PID tuning and technical writing.

Worked with a data scientist to create a data pipeline that analyzed large amounts of statistical data, generated metadata and vended an API to help inform automated proactive and reactive transshipment decisions. My work was primarily focused on the data analysis and generation step. Completed all assignments early and assisted with two additional projects including a migration for an existing shipping cost estimator service.
