I'm passionate about helping people build their confidence.In addition to operating Scotland's original beard care brand, Braw Beard for 10+ years I help people release the brakes on their life.I broke my back and separated 2 shoulders in a mountain bike crash in 2011. From then, I have rebuilt myself by developing a solid mindset and physical fitness programme which I implement daily. If I never had my daily discipline and habits in place, I would not have been able to navigate Braw Beard through the turbulent times, let alone study a B.A.Hons degree in business management and raise a young family.Pre-broken back, I enjoyed helping others develop in boxing, muay thai and MMA gyms I trained at.Now I have transitioned into a strategic coach in my 2nd business ItsABrawLife where I help people develop that solid mindset to eliminate external distractions and build their physical fitness.
