Working hours are from 10am to 6pm, 5 daysa week, unless occasionally required to exceed based on exhibition schedules etc.Responsible for dispatch, delivery and tracking of all Jewelry/ Accessory items, not limited to sales and including items borrowed for shoots/ stocking purposes.Responsible for maintaining stock reports of all Jewelry/Accessory items under the ESFIR umbrella.Maintaining inventory/cost and vendor list for all packaging materials including but not limited to boxes, bubble-wrap, care guides, foam, bags, paper/ribbon etc.Maintaining daily, a sheet for accumulating/inputting/tracking all orders.Maintaining a weekly tally of the payment against Blink Ex/ Blue Ex , all delivery companies applicable and providing a report when required.Liaison, inventory maintenance with our Pakistani stickiest, including but not limited to Ensemble Karachi, Ensemble Lahore, ISB, Zaha KHI & LHR, and Runway 11 Karachi.Physically assisting with coordination/preparation of exhibitions/ shoots/walk-ins including potential travel on weekends.Errands and paperwork (receipts) related to office work/payments/accounts to be maintained as RV, CV, BV and invoices and all billings checking.Customer service including but not limited to order confirmation, returns/exchanges, delivery coordinationLiaison with all shipping companies domestic and International Fedex & UPS, track the shipment and keep customer posted about there order status.
