When I think back on the leadership and the lessons for life from my corporate experiences, most come back to that three legged stool of “Education, Engagement and Accountability”.I am pursuing my passion of working with farmers to integrate technology, tools, resources and practices to take advantage of opportunities. As an entrepreneurial farmer this domain gives me the initiative, drive, capacity and ability to take advantage of opportunities.Hence I am pursuing challenging business domains in agriculture while being able to dispense my potential to the benefit of the farming community and at the same time sharing knowledge on the road to success to the future of progressive farmers.
