• 1.Be responsible for handling customers’ purchase orders, deliveries and provide accurate measurement for services and complaints. 2.Manage and process customers’ orders, shipping/delivery documents according to the.
• Process orders in accordance to ISO procedure and ensure that customer’s urgent orders are being planned and discussed on fulfilling the customer’s delivery requirement.
• Track and ensure the accuracy of order input in the SAP according to the customer’s order.
• Process Customer’s payment by Letter of Credit.
• Liaise with Logistics Department to ensure plan truck loading capacity is in accordance to Pick List to maximum loading space.4.Communicate/Coordinate/Liaise with other related department towards customer delivery.
• Constantly monitor finished goods quantity and liaise with production or logistics Dept. on goods quantity.
